Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in the heart of Erie, Pennsylvania, just 10 minutes from Presque Isle, Waldameer, the Bayfront, Millcreek Mall and the Outlets, and downtown shopping and dining.
After a day out, come home to a fully equipped kitchen, a private deck, a fire pit, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and a well-stocked game cabinet. Bringing a boat? The driveway fits three truck-and-trailer rigs, with a turnaround so you pull out forward instead of backing into traffic.

Our first time in Erie, looking for the most comfortable place for us and our 2 dogs, and Ted's place was absolutely perfect. The AC was great throughout the whole house. My mother-in-law is extremely picky and even she was really happy. 10/10 recommend!
Such a cute, cozy, spacious house. Worked perfectly for 4 adults with lots of additional room. Great back yard, convenient for traveling with pets. We had so much fun with the selection of board games and felt very safe.
Before you book
How is the WiFi? I plan to work remotely.
1 GB, plenty for video calls, streaming, and a full house online at once. If it drops, message us and we can reboot the equipment remotely.
What is parking like? I have an RV, trailer or boat.
An 80-foot driveway plus a gravel turnaround, over 150 feet in total. It fits 3 trucks with boat trailers, and the turnaround lets you pull forward onto W 26th St instead of backing into traffic.
Can I bring my pet?
Housetrained dogs are welcome; we are not currently able to host cats. House rules and pet fees are listed at booking. Service animals are welcome at no extra charge, as the ADA provides. Have a special case? Email us. Four of the beaches at Presque Isle allow dogs.
Do you offer military or first-responder discounts?
We don't offer occupation-based discounts, in fairness to everyone. We do offer returning guests 10% off the nightly rate. Email us before you book so we can apply it.
Can I smoke or vape?
No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside and within 10 feet of any entrance. Violations may result in immediate eviction, a penalty of up to $500 per violation plus damages.
Can I rearrange the furniture?
Please don't. Moving furniture has damaged floors and walls in the past. If you do move something, put it back as you found it; resulting damage will be charged.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible when the calendar allows. Just ask.
